Welcome to my ePortfolio! My name is McKenzie Wilson and I recently graduated from Clemson University with degree in Public Health Sciences and a concentration in Preprofessional Health Studies. Throughout my life I have developed a strong relational and leadership ability and hope to continue to carry out my passion for caring for others through my career in healthcare. 

I was born and raised in Spartanburg, SC in a tight-knit family of four. Growing up, I was very involved in my high school and community through organizations such as Student Government and Junior Leadership of Spartanburg, contributing to the early development of my organizational and leadership abilities. I enjoyed playing many different sports, but grew particularly fond of running Track and Field for my high school. My love for being active has carried into college and in my free time you can find me spending time with friends or enjoying the great outdoors, particularly running or hiking. 

Through this ePortfolio you will be given the opportunity to see how my previous experiences, academic achievements, and current involvement have shaped who I am and have fueled my passion for assisting others through the healthcare field. Now that I have graduated, I am hoping to attend PA school and pursue a career as a Physician's Assistant.
